This purpose built centre is one of the main cultural meeting places in the town and contains visiting and frequently changing exhibitions from across the region. The primary focus of the centre is displaying temporary art shows either by local people or those who have some sort of connection with the area. However as a centre of culture there are sometimes live performance shows of dance and music in the venue too.
