Avenue Deux Emperors
Citadel, Bonifacio 20169 - France

Map
This street is located at the very heart of the winding narrow roads in the citadel area of Bonifacio. It is famous, as the name suggests, because in the time that it has stood there, not one, but two emperors have stayed in the street. This wouldn’t sound like too much of a feat if it was a large hotel in New York or London, but one must remember this is a small Corsican town. Charles V stayed at number 4 and Napoleon stayed at number 7.
