During the summer months there are very regular boat services leaving from close to the town hall in the heart of the old port to the nearby island of Bendor. The trips are inexpensive and don’t take long, but are well worth the effort to see this remarkable little private island that is heavily associated with the local drinks magnate Paul Ricard. There are many museums and beautiful scenes of natural beauty on the island.
