The chateau is the most impressive building in this small community and has for many years dominated the skyline of the surrounding countryside. Set in some spectacular gardens, the brilliant building is not only large in the sense of geography, but its influence can be seen across the small community as most of the surrounding buildings were built to house servants of some sort or related services for the lord and lady of the manor.
