As with most towns and cities in France, the main Chateau is one of the most important places, historically, socially and politically. This beautiful building has been home to some of the great families of the area over the years, having been built in the 16th Century. Today, it is home to a great museum, which charts the history of the town of Dinan. There are many artefacts and pieces of interest to be viewed as part of the in depth collection.
