The Faure Museum is without a doubt the finest public gallery and museum in the town and possibly the surrounding region. It is packed full of interesting pieces, many of which are related to the town and its history. Within the gallery are artworks by famous French and European artists that have been collected by the curators and given a charming home. There are some historic artefacts that occasionally visit the museum from other venues across the region.
