This museum is housed in an old school building, close to the river. Within is a large collection of artworks that date from the 17th Century to the 19th Century. The paintings cover the major schools of work that were being practised in France, Holland and by the Flemish during this period. Unusually, there is also a collection of Cambodian artefacts in the museum which were gifted to the exhibition by a former colonial governor.
