This fine 15th Century house is situated just across the road from the cathedral in the old town. The beautiful Maison des Acrobates, or House of the Acrobats, is called that because the timbers of the house itself are decorated with pictures of characters that have been taken from medieval farces. It is thought to be one of the few properties of its age in the city to have survived the extensive bombing of the Second World War.
