If you travel to the north of the town, past the main port and out along the coast you will be rewarded with one of the finest beaches in the region. The Little Africa Beach is like a desert by the sea as miles of golden sands stretch off around the impressive coastline towards Nice. The beach is very popular in the summer months, but luckily its size makes it feel quite intimate even in the height of summer.
