This ca eve is one of several fine wine production centres in and around the town. It has an open cave, which means that members of the public are in invited to take a short walk around the facilities and see what processes are used to produce the top quality wines that are being made. The tour will always culminate in a series of wines to taste, and of course if you are fond of any of them they are available for sale at the end.
