Wine lovers head for Dizy, not because it is better than the other surrounding winemaking hubs, but it certainly is less busy than somewhere like Reims or Epernay, and it takes an extremely old fashioned and traditional approach to winemaking. Tours are held on a daily basis in the high season, which allows visitors a glimpse inside the intriguing world of winemaking and of course the chance to drink the produce at the end of the tour.
