The Canal Marne runs through the centre of Dizy and for many years has been one of the main irrigation channels that allows the growth of such excellent grapes in the area, and therefore in turn the production of such great wines. Today, the canal is a popular tourist spot and is regularly covered with launches and boats as people cruise through the beautiful vineyards that surround the town. It is possible to take a great stroll along the banks and enjoy much of the same experience.
