This beautiful town park surrounds the main stadium in the south western are of the town and has for generations been one of the places that locals and tourists have gone to escape the hustle and bustle of town life. Surrounded by mature trees and well landscaped to give the feeling of being in the countryside whilst still being close the amenities of the town, the park is often filled with walkers, joggers and cyclists enjoying the summer sun.
