This little ski resort was built in the 1930s and since that time has thrived, becoming one of the more popular places to visit in this area of the Alps. The main square is the focal point of the community and was built in such a way as to attract a good communal atmosphere, where local people and visitors can mingle and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. In the summer there is a cafe culture and in the winter it is more of stroll in the crisp snow.
