One of the largest public squares in Bayone, this beautiful area is flanked by a series of interesting buildings, down close to the banks of the River Adour. The square is popular with local people and visitors because of the lively atmosphere, which is at a peak during the high summer season. In these months there are regular musical performances put on every week in the centre of the square usually with a traditional Basque theme.
