A public museum and library, this place is one of the most well used facilities for learning in the town. The centre is open to the public and housed in a good looking building at the heart of the town. There is a vast collection of books, visual and audio media on offer, as well as many historic documents and maps that relate to the history of the town. Many of these have been collected into a small museum on one side of the library.
