Situated just outside the main town, this villa is set in a series of olive groves and was between 1907 and 1919 the home of the great painter Renoir. He loved this place and painted a lot of his most famous works in this house and studio that are now open to the public. You can view the studio in which he worked and see some of his earliest paintings and sketches, annotated by the artist himself, an institution of French culture.
