One of several ancient churches within the city walls, this impressive ecclesiastical structure shows all of the signs of a classic Provencal church. Many hundreds of years it has stood on the Rue Carnot, located close to the main Synagogue. The church was built from local stone and has been impressively crafted, especially around the main entrance and along the roof line. Within the dimly lit church are some exceptional examples of local wood carving and an impressive array of ancient stained glass windows that bathe the central areas with coloured light.
