Situated close to the canal, this house is one of the most famous in the old city. It is a particularly spectacular example of local architecture which stands out even more because of the fact that it is bright pink in colour, hence the name. The beautiful building has been carved intricately to reveal depictions of the Angel Gabriel and Mary, the Archangel Michael killing a dragon and of course there is a depiction of a salmon, representing the fertility of the nearby waters.
