A fine little chapel, located close to the cathedral, it has often been overshadowed by the large and imposing neighbour. However, the chapel has a lot to offer, both as a piece of architecture from the early 9th Century, and the contents within. Named after St. Gausbert, a former bishop of Cahors, the building is filled with religious treasures that are on display to the public. There is also a selection of very well preserved 15th Century frescoes.
