This beautiful cathedral was built in the 12th Century and has had several major additions made to it in later medieval times. It was constructed to house the remains of St. Lazarus and has been a popular pilgrimage location for many centuries. Within the church are several beautiful pieces of ecclesiastical art and some amazing architecture. The bell tower is a noteworthy part of the cathedral and towers above the local community.
