When you first chance upon this beautiful building you could be forgiven for thinking that you have stepped back in time. Built in the early 1500s, the building is as spectacularly constructed as most churches, with an amazing attention to detail spent on the exterior stonework about which the Tricolore flies. The hall is the centre of administrative affairs still to this day and is open to the public to look inside.
