It is hard to know which cave to try first in this town which is simply lined with small scale wine producers, making some of the best white wines that area available in the region. The simple fact is, the only way you can realy decide is to visit them all! This little cave is a welcoming environment where the staff who you meet are intimately involved in the whole wine making production from the day the vines are pruned to the moment that the cork is put in the bottle.
