The Church of Saint Paul is one of the largest and most interesting ecclesiastical structures in the area and like many of the religious buildings in the town has a close association with the seafarers who have built this community. Within the church there are many carvings and pictures that are dedicated to the brave men who have battled the weather and the waves to continue the trade that was always needed to keep this town prosperous and functional.
