The aerodrome is situated just to the north east of the centre of the community and is one of the most exciting places to head for if you are looking for an experience with a real difference whilst you are in the town. There are a series of different companies that operate out of the centre in the summertime, offering a range of experiences from flying lessons to parachute jumping. Depending on your budget and timeframe, there are several different options and packages to suit.
