Situated to the north-west of the small community of Langeais is this vast expanse of green parkland and woodland. It would be hard to describe the area as a park because it is so large, more similar in size and stature to one of the large rambling commons of London or Paris. This beautiful area has been in many places left to lay fallow, allowing the development of wild plant and animal species to go on undisturbed. There are several paths and walkways through the area that are popular with locals and visitors.
