This large green area is one of the larger open public gardens in the heart of Limoges. It has been laid out with a great deal of attention to detail. Winding paths lead visitors through a pastoral oasis in the city. The park is surrounded by trees and is filled with flowerbeds. Throughout the year the area is replanted to make sure it always looks at its very best. The park is a popular place of meeting for both local people and the many visitors who flock to the city in the summer months.
