Charruyer Park is one of the most centrally located public parks in the old town area of La Rochelle. The beautiful piece of public green land follows the edge of the old town walls on one side, close to the sea. It has for many years, been one of the favourite places of rest and relaxation for the people of the town, and the many thousands of tourists that visit the area. It is the perfect place to go and sit under a tree, read a book and let the world go by.
