A wonderful looking building at the heart of the city, this theatre shows a selection of works throughout the year. It is most popular in the summer months when the city is filled with tourists, attracted by the famous race, and the many other attractions of the region. The theatre shows an eclectic programme of events ranging from musicals and comic events to the more traditional stage plays that were written by French classicists.
