The local church is one of the most dominant monuments in this small seaside town. It was built many centuries ago and has been added to on several occasions, most notably in the 19th Century when a full scale renovation left he majority of what tourists see today. The interior offers a great deal of ornate carvings and stonework that is typical of the local region, bathed in low light created by the small but perfectly appointed windows.
