This enormous lake is one of the defining communities of this community, surrounding the best part of the town and creating another body of water away from the sea. The lake is a popular place for people to go for walks around and swim in because it is far less busy and rough than the sea can become. Many enjoy boating on the lake and partaking in light water sports such as windsurfing and jet skiing.
