The Municipal Museum is house in a fine looking building and is the most important public gallery or exhibition for many miles around. It contains a large permanent collection of artefacts, documents and pictures that relate to the history of not only the town, but the whole prefecture. This collection has been laid out in such a way as to be appealing to all ages and abilities, therefore making for a fun afternoon visit.
