This organisation was set up to help those people that have just arrived in Lyon. Whether or not they are in the city as a new resident, or are just in the area for a shorter period, the organisation which is privately funded, aims to help people get to know the city. There are so many things to do, places to visit and people to get involved with, the brilliant service helps cut through the usual red tap and helps the client get what they want as fast as possible.
