This street is probably the best preserved historic street in the Cité Quarter of the city. Similar to Rue de la Boucherie in the Chateau Quarter, this amazing narrow and enclosed pathway will lead visitors on a passage through time. Very little has changed in the five hundred years since these buildings were first designed and constructed. They are typical of the architectural style of the 16th Century with granite lower floors and half timbered upstairs.
