Situated at the heart of the town, Saint Saveur is the most dominant looking building in the community and looms above the surrounding secular structures. Built over many decades and with a history that dates back several centuries, the building is a great example of local architectural techniques at their best. Within the church there are many fine looking wooden and stone carvings that attract visitors and continue to please the large regular congregation.
