Situated outside of the main town centre, this brilliant museum is full of living examples of tropical plants that have been collected from around the world. Unlike the majority of museums, most of this collection is in greenhouses that are hot and humid rather than dry dusty rooms which you may traditionally associate with exhibitions. The collection is best known for having a large collection of bonsai trees as part of it, mostly originating from the far east.
