A great deal of hard work goes into the making of wine in this small cellar, but the hardest thing you’ll have to d o is to decide on how many bottles, and what type of wine you want to take home. It is a real pleasure to get to know some of the people who have a passion for winemaking and can talk you through the process and show you some of the equipment that is involved in making the wines.
