This cave is open to the public throughout the year for tasting and sales. It is interesting to meet the people behind the production of the wine and see the passion with which they treat their profession. The tour of the cave is simple, but allows you to see the many processes that are used in the making of the white wines they produce and to understand how little winemaking has changed in the many years that it has been part of the life of the people here.
