This charming country style mansion was built in the 17th Century by a pair of brothers who were excited by the Italian styles of architecture. Their plan was to recreate this Italian villa feel in the city of Marseille, a place where they lived and worked, and wanted to remain. The result is a fantastic mixture of French and Italian architecture which attracts visitors from across the region to marvel at the elaborate decorations and occasional musical evenings that are hosted there.
