Wine is the most important thing to the people of this community and it is with this in mind that you won’t be surprised by the sheer number of wine makers who are operating out of the town. This producer, like many of the others has an open cave policy and allows people to visit the facility and see some of the processes as they happen as well as to meet the producers and try some of the excellent wines on offer.
