Obviously it is not possible to actually grow grapes in such an urban area, so the wines that are made in these cellars are made from grapes that are imported from slightly outside of the urban sprawl of the Paris area. The cellars are open to the public and you are welcome to have a look around and talk to the producers before trying some of the produce and deciding which is your favourite.
