This is one of those communities that you occasionally find in France that is dedicated to almost nothing but wine. Almost everyone and everything in the area is in some way related to the wine making industry and there are a wealth of different caves to try. The mainly white wine production of this cave is an interesting process which can partially be preserved in the cave before trying some of the produce with the people who made it.
