It is thought that the first wine was made in this town as early as the 9th Century, and today there are many great historic wine producers making some of the finest white Burgundy wine in the region and the country. It is a real experience to look around this cave and see the tools and the people that are used to make this high end wine, and then of course try the wine which adorns many of the top tables across the planet.
