The Eagles of the Ramparts is a first class show that is performed almost every day during the high season at the heart of the city. It uses a great deal of medieval falconry techniques to amaze onlookers as the birds of prey are flown around the old city, swooping to catch food and majestically circling the old walls. The show is particularly popular with children, but is an event that all ages and nationalities can enjoy.
