This museum is positioned just outside the main town close to a series of other museums. The exhibition is focussed around electricity and the many ways that it can be harnessed and used in the modern world. The museum helps the visitor understand the history of electricity and see how our use of it as humans has developed from the 19th Century right through to today. Within the centre are many artefacts and exhibits which bring that history to life.
