The History Museum follows the long and interesting history of the city of Mulhouse from the very earliest days to the way the city is today. The Industrial Revolution was one of the great catalysts for change in the city, making it expand and grow into a textiles hub that would dominate the French market for many decades. The museum, using artefacts, pictures and documents helps bring together this history into a coherent story that is a joy to follow.
