Narbonne Town Hall is a beautiful piece of municipal architecture, one of the finest in this area of Mediterranean France. It was constructed many hundreds of years ago with the aid of several local architects. The idea was to create a building and a central square which would reflect the important status of the town in the area. This was achieved by using stone and carvings, creating a fascinating building, on a large public square.
