Centrally located, these gardens are some of the most beautiful in the whole of Paris. Although relatively small compared to some of the great parks of the city, the history and beauty that surround the area are almost unparalleled. These gardens, outside the Royal Palace, have witnessed some of the great changes in the French government and monarchy, and have been a popular spot with many of the country’s leaders. Today the area, surrounded by shrubs, trees and grand buildings is a popular meeting place.
