This attractive building is situated just off the famous old Place du Luxembourg in the northern fringes of the old town area of Nancy. The reason that this structure is of importance is because it is one of the best examples of Art-Noveau architecture, not only in Nancy, but in the whole of the Lorraine region. The residence is still privately owned, but the facades, which were constructed in 1904, attract visitors from across the area to marvel at the intricate design.
