Montargris Forest is a beautiful area of woodland that expands for many miles away from the community and is a popular place of rest and relaxation for the people of the town. Covered by a dense canopy of trees, the forest has become an area overrun with native plants that attract a great many interesting animals and birds to the area. These are best observed if you take to foot and walk through the tracks in the forest.
